Service as-is

AgentRender is provided as-is during early access. Uptime, quotas, and features may change. We aim for honest communication and reasonable support, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Fair use

• Use the API for lawful purposes only.
• No illegal scraping or abuse — do not use AgentRender to attack sites, bypass access controls, harvest personal data unlawfully, or violate third-party terms in a way that harms others.
• Respect rate limits and plan quotas. We may throttle or revoke keys that abuse the service.

Billing & cancel

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Cancel or manage your subscription via Stripe’s customer portal / receipts for your purchase. Until Live billing is enabled, checkout links may be Sandbox (test cards only).

Governing law

US law TBD (simple) — for now, disputes will be handled under United States law in a jurisdiction we designate when we formalize this. Contact us first; we prefer resolving issues quickly.
